    I'm new to paypal since 2 weeks and was quite active and look what happened. I got a bonus from paypal.
    Surprise!

    Yes Arnie. Its common for all. They refund $1.95 to all verified member who verified themselves through credit card (they charge $1.95 for credit card verification). :)

    lol I wish paypal would give me a bonus, their monopoly over the internet is awful

    the worst thing is to accidently upgrade to a premeire account
