I hired a person to paste PR and links all over for my site and it seems to work, but the spelling and grammar is sometimes poorly translated to English. What is the best deal out there for this type of thing? Is there a service that does PR, social, blogging and links in one package under $150.00 with good work? If so, can you show some proof?
PR is not in control of a webmaster. It is google's property and only google decides which site deserves PR. Only you can try to increase your site quality. Possibly you will get. Google will not ignores anyone if he/she works honestly.
