new to internet marketing

    I have made a few posts today about being new to internet marketing, and have seen a few people suggest article submission to improve results for websites. Is this really a good place to spend money in advertising and why? What should I expect to spend to have quality articles written and submitted to websites? Do copywriters usually create all of the content for the article or do I have to supply it? Just asking questions to see where to spend my money to have my site at the top of its game.
