New to DP but been doing web since 1998

    Hi
    I'm fred. I've been building, running, websites since 1998, but just joined up here last week.

    My first website was www.allmath.com which will be 10 years old in September 2008.

    My latest business, www.4Offsets.com which is a carbon offset business.

    I'm an American, living in Canada, mid 40's (feeling as i'm going on 90).

    I like investing, cooking, travel and good conversation.

    I'm a bit disappointed because i'm too new to post in the threads that are most interesting to me. :(

    I was C/C++ programmer in the 1990s. Launched my first sites with ASP in 1998, but moved everything to linux and php in 2000.

    These days i can do more damage than i can fix, so i try to let others do the important coding. :)

    Welcome to the site Fred. Unlike you I've only been domaining for about 3 weeks, lol. Sounds like you have a lot of experience. Your presence on the forum will be nice.
