New to domain buying/selling...Need Advice

    Hi,

I recently bought about 30 domain names I think may have some value. I bought them for godaddy for the basic registration price.

Mostly they're 3-word domains that make sense when said aloud...i.e. wesellcondos.com

    I have some questions:

How and where do I sell them?
How do I set the price?
What do you guys think of buying domains that start with "BUY" or "WeSell" or something similar?

    thanks

Domainnews and namepros forums are the best places for that as well

I prefer Namepros for getting domain appraisals i.e. to have an idea about the worth of your domain. Also it depends like you are gonna to just sale domains or first you will launch the whole website (say 10 pages each) and a basic seo and then sell it at good prices. There are several ideas working behind this business, like I do. So you keep updating yourself with the industry updates and do continue working on this business.... Good Luck.. Cheers..

Thanks to everyone who has replied.

I'm starting to figure this out. I think I may develop a couple of sites. I need to do it CHEAP! But, I also want to put affiliate links ans such on there. Which host is good, cheap, no long-term contract?

I think namepros is nice for such domains. You wont get any bids on sedo for these domains...

I suppose that depends on the domain name which you are selling.
However both are good marketplaces which you can use.

I've heard that you can park it with Google and make some money, is it right?

Yeah Google has a parking service but I dont trust them for that, better off with Sedo or build mini sites.

A good place for selling lower value domains is Bido.com although they have some higher $ sales as well.
