    Hi everyone,

I'm very new to ClickBank and affiliate marketing in general. I've done a little bit of reading and understand that building a landing page is a good start.

But what are the best ways to start off marketing products to bring in your first sales? I know it won't happen overnight, but I'd really like to start building up and start making some money with ClickBank.

I have no idea where to start, though. I'm not sure what all I should put on a landing page, where to put it, how to promote it, what it should look like, or anything of the sort.

Also, are there other methods of getting sales rather than using a landing page?

I really want to immerse myself in a wealth of information before going out and trying to promote products.

How do you determine which products are good to sell?

I know this is a lot to ask already, but I'm very curious and very ambitious and I want to start making some cash, lol.

Any and all tips and suggestions are very much appreciated.

    Thanks guys and gals.

    Brad

First select a good product. How to select products means you have to decide whether it is good or not,it is helpful to customer or not.Not you should look sales page, you should research whether that product or not. After choosing one good product.Create one landing page After creating landing page then do a little bit keyword research to find popular phrases for that product using wordtracker (keywords.wordtracker.com).For Example you picked a product "satellite tv to pc .com" then you need research how many of people searching daily in search engines for satellite tv then you can understand searches daily.

Then choose 2 or 4 keywords from the list you got on wordtracker and write 5 to 10 articles by targeting good keywords . While writing the articles, make sure to include the specific keywords you have chosen at least 2 or 4 times.Submit those articles to ezinearticles, articlesbase, goarticles and amazines .Keep the landing url in bottom signature. So that you will get traffic and sales. If you want more methods and free methods you can promote using twitter, yahoo answers, social websites(squidoo, myspace etc),blogs, forums, etc.,That's it

Using landing page is good than using direct linking.I got 90% sales using landing page only 10% direct linking.I also don't know why landing page so powerful. Best Of Luck you

Use our advanced search to pick out products with certain keywords, within certain categories and gravity ranges. You can also specify how much you'd like the products to pay per sale.

That will hopefully allow you to uncover some useful niches :)

I chose the Earth4Green solar panel guide product. It seems like something that people would go for especially in these times since every is moving towards going green.

    I bought a URL - http://inhomesolarenergy.com

Right now it's just redirected toward my hoplink for the product.

What all needs to go on a landing page? From looking at just the sales pitch pages for products it looks like a crappy splash page with excessive hype on it. Is that really what you use for a landing page?

I would suggest that you tell the people a story on your page, tell them bout how times are changing and they need to become green, basically talk shit for a bit and get them excited.

Then offer a review on the procut and tell them why they should but it if they want to be green.

    Then give them a link.

So it should just be a page of information about moving to living green, with a few graphics here and there, and then bury my affiliate link in it?

And then I basically SEO the hell out of it and submit articles. That's it?
