No, but Clickbank Merchants usually do provide you with banners and other materials for promotion. You need to visit the merchants' site to find them.
And for Clickbank itself you can visit its help-center and find affiliate tools section. It provides tools such as HopAd Builder, ClickBank Widgets & Plugins, ClickBank iPhone Apps, ClickBank SocialPromote.

You might want to email the merchant to ask them for resources. They will often have an affiliate page full of banners, ad copy, etc.

Generally, the vendor will have a section on their site for affiliates where they have graphics and banners.

A lot of merchants put a little link that says "Affiliates" down at the very bottom of their pitch page. You could check there for any vendors you're interested in. Also in the CB marketplace some listings have a "Vendor Spotlight" link, which sometimes includes an Affiliate Tools URL.

always check vendors affiliate pages if they have, normally they provide banners, emails, forum post and some articles and son, but always check for reputation of the products or sites before starting to promote, there is a lot junk websites there not worth promoting....

Clickbank doesn't, but vendors most of them will provide you with marketing materials, videos, articles, places to advertise and so on.
