Have some web sites that get good traffic.
-- Have ads on them and getting good money as well.

Some one suggested me to use ClickBank on the side.

basically like to replace one of the ad blocks and use Click bank product links there.

Since I already have traffic to those site is that something you suggest?

If not what is the best way for me to go?

    Thanks

It depends on so many things, mainly what type of niche your sites are in, if there are appropriate products on clickbank to promote, and how well they convert for your sites specifically - the only way to really tell is to test it out and compare it to the money you would of made with standard advertising...

But sure, if you can get it to work affiliate marketing can make a lot more profit than Google Adsense

yes do it now and you will make millions

no but seriously, what niche is it? preselling visitors will always give a better return so just a banner ad will not be the optimum way of profitting from clickbank, however it may make more than you are currently making now, all you can do to know for sure is test it

Clickbank affiliate marketing always works well. It all requires the targeted traffic for the product you are promoting. Just search for the good conversion and gravity product from clickbank market place and go to the site, you will get banners and other stuff to promote from that site to keep in your site. Just try once, in this IM field we need to have to approach different strategies.

Alternately you can also try some CPA networks. Lead based affiliate programs works like charm. It's all depends on the niche of the site.

Anyway all the best for the clickbank journey.

If there are some really relevant clickbank products related to your website's topic, you may make a few sales (or many, I guess, depending on the traffic). I've found this not to be a very successful strategy, but you should test it out and see if it works for you...

I will try and see how it goes.
When it come to niche, I do have a lot of sites in different categories.

I will try with 10K ad impressions per day and see how it goes.
