    Hi

Im new to cj and is a none-us person and I need advice to which form to use under tax information.

    There are 2 forms:

    1) W-8BEN Certificate of Foreign Status of Beneficial Owner for United States Tax Withholding (non-US persons)

    2) Certification Of No United States Activities (non-US persons)

What does each of these forms mean and represent ?

I understand the 2nd one regards if I don't have anything to do with the U.S or any activities within the U.S.

But what if i do ?

Do I just fill in the form marked as 1 in this post ?

Looking forward to some light in this

    Thanks

So lets say if I sell a product as a publisher on cj to a U.S citizen then I need to pay 30% tax to the american IRS.

In this case I would need to fill in the form W-8BEN and send to CJ, is that correct ?

Will cj automatically withdraw the tax from all sales that are related with the U.S ?

Im new to this and appreciates any help.

Your comment sounds very hasty, I rather wait to see what other have to say.

how much tax do you have to pay?

I'm looking at 60,000 by the end of 20 months. Would 30% go to tax?
That would really tick me off. Its not easy making money like that

Im a none-us person that will sell cj advertisers products to U.S citizens, does that mean I need to fill in W-8BEN form, or does it have nothing to do with that ?
