You can always use Google and search for "Wordpress theme", "two column wordpress theme", "business wordpress theme" or any terms that is related to a wordpress theme. Q2. Commenting on other blogs which is in the same niche. Submit it to directories. Place a link of the blog in your forum signature. Most important of all, write quality contents. Q3. It depends on what you are trying to write. It can go two ways, a blogging guide blog or a blogging buzz blog. I would suggest you to go for the blogging buzz blog as blogging guide blogs are fairly saturated at the moment. Categories that you can put in are simple Search engines, Social Media, Contest, etc. Anyway, it also depends on what you can write.
