Hello Everyone, Its been awhile since I hungout out around here but I have come to a financial crisis due to a bad mistake in a car purchase which costed alot of money. I now want to better my life and now would be the perfect time to act on it. I came here to ask for advice on affiliate marketing and suggestions PM or replys in this thread are very welcome. All helpful post welcome. Hopefully some generous souls will understand where I am coming from and maybe offer guidance. Affiliate marketing has always been something I wanted to get into due to the amount of success that can be accomplished from it and the fact that I wanna be my own boss some day so hopefully I can soon get started on my endeavor to become successful. Anyways, Thanks for taking the time to read my post hopefully I get many helpful responses.

As K4Lic0 asked, what kind of AM do you want to do? It might be good to start with one or two sites and gain experience, learn how to improve your SEO and SEM skills (check out Jeremy Palmer's videos, he's great). Once you are earning a little bit of money you can outsource the grunt work and focus on building your site inventory. Another thing to do is work hard becoming a player in Media Buying. Although "garbitrage" as it's called is looked down upon, it's a great earner. good luck!

I would just start at the top of the Affiliate Marketing threads and work my way through them. Yes, you'll find some stuff not worth reading but that too will be part of learning about AM
Definitely do your research on forums & blogs, but the best way to get into affiliate marketing is to do it! One of the easiest ways to get into it is to promote a product with a simple website, you can get your products from eBay Partner Network or ClickBank quite easily. Use Wordpress to make a blog about the niche, and have links to your products in there. That's one way to go, but there are hundreds if not thousands of ways to make money online, you just need to figure out what works for you and your style the best.
You got a ton of good advice! I make a lot of sales by driving "semi-targeted" traffic to a webpage and capturing sales on the "exit" (video in my signature). Good luck to you! Lance
Take a look at Wealthy Affiliate if you can. I've been a member for just about two weeks and have just earned my first sale from Clickbank last week. It's a great resource to get started and in about two weeks, they are releasing NicheQ only to members.
I found wealthyaffiliate threw my research and am still on a limb of weather or not to try it. Also found affiliateclassroom which I thought about also but mainly because theres a $1 14-day trial
