I have some questions about adwords: 1. Can I sighn up on more than one accounts with same credit card and use vauchers on all or is it vaucher per one credit card only? 2. What happens if I don't pause my campaign and I spend all money on my credit card? Can they charge my credit card more than I have on card? Help is needed with this and I appreciate answers. Thanks.
This is against TOS and you'll get banned permanently from Adwords. They will charge your card until the card get rejected by the bank (insufficient funds). After the card get reject the campaign will suspend and they will not run or try to recharge your card again until you enter manually your credit card information again.
Doing #1 will put you in great trouble with "all" google products including "adsense".SO NEVER EVEN THINK ABOUT IT. and about point # 2. If you don't pause your campaign will run without any problem.Remember google charges mid/end of the month. Even if your credit card is refused by bank for payment Google will not stop your campaigns for few days and red notice will appear on your adwords account to provide secondary credit card. After you will update payment info Google will give another try to charge the card.

1. Dont open a new account until you reach the limit of your first one (50k keywords/25 campaigns/etc). You could get in trouble for opening multiple accounts for vouchers only. 2. They will just disable your ads until you pay them again.
