    If I sign up for the program can I use the feed they give me on different non related sites.

    Yes, you are aloud to place adds on your other non related sites as long as they are within the ToS.

    You could add adsense to as many as 1,000,000 sites that you own, I guess.

    if they accept you , you can use the codes for your all sites which are nor against the google tos

    Just be careful where you place them , as said if you place them on a site that doesnt follow tos they will not only ban that site, theyll get rid of the whole account .
