Olso you must concentrate on quality + promotion with adsense or any similar program the formula is traffic = $$$

Sorry to get you down but your site is a forum and it probably wont have a high CTR. You dont need googles permission to put it on your blog.

Are you aiming your forum at doctors, medical students? If so, you need to have amuch more professional look to the forum.

IMHO you should blend your ads a bit better.. maybe start by removing the border.
kudos on your choice of a CMS - Go Drupal! I would suggest that your SEO will be greatly improved if you change your PathAuto settings to use dashes " - " instead of underscores "_" .. and.. it might be a good idea to write several "static" pages and make them available via menus. this type of pages with adsense in the content will give you a much better CTR.. like prilep said, forums get horribly low CTR..
my site (Drupal) has only about 100 static pages, and several hundred (maybe thousands) of forum posts.. yet it's those static pages that earn from Adsense.. I could never get more than a few $$/day from the forum areas of my site..

scuba, if you have your adsense code in a drupal block, you can select that block to not be shown on any page you want. ust go to administer -> block -> configure and scroll down to the bottom, you'll see the option...feel free to PM me if you need help since i'll be around for a while
