Today i visited a site called snap.com it can produce a thumbnail preview to all out going linka from your website. it uses jaax and java. Just pua code in your head tags and you are done. i like this to be added in directories. also since alexa is not free anymore.
Looks interesting, the big problem is this type of services loses performance as more people use it, and finally they go to paid.
