Well, To be quiet honest it's a little bit too plain. And possibly you can center the navigation. Needs a lot more contents as well. Possibly an "about us" page?
you add clouds of different sizes and shapes and may be even make them move using simple marquee function and add a decent css menu and you can even add a logo too.
