New Theme and old theme

    Ok. I am wondering if there is a way for me to upload my new theme to my wordpress and edit it without it being active. I want my current theme to still be active and then when I get done editing my new theme I will activate it the new one.

    Is this possible? Can anyone help me?

    Yes.their are some plugins like theme test drive for testing themes in wordpress with out being active.Do search other plugins.

    Yeah but how will I transfer my 10,000 posts already on my site. I'd much rather upload it to my wordpress where my other theme is at and edit it that way. What plugins do you suggest?
