Are you new to web designing? If so,then you should be careful to the following elements when designing:

    -Typography
    -Color scheme
    -Organization(or structure)of the template
-And some other facts, which can be somewhat too much to be listed for a beginner(don't want to traumatize you :))

Anyhow, your template is quit 'ok' for a beginner...

    Have a nice day ;)

I don't really like the maroon on light blue on the sidebar panels and the header font can do with a change. But everything else looks great :)

over all design is nice but you have to take care of the text which is not visible or clear on header
when you are working on any design take care alignment ,font size font size etc if these all are manage good than your design will look more clean and perfect
anyway if you are beginner than good work

Again, use a better font for the header and avoid use of random stock images (see the one on the top left) for content. It's not cool, and it's just as bad as using those corny "business intelligence" images with people strategically put in order from black to white to promote racial equality looking into the sky as if to think "wow, this <insert business here> has potential!"
