New Template - Please review!

Just finished two templates for my proxy sites although they are almost same. Please review and let me know how I can improve. Bugs! please pull out as much as possible. I can't test it in all browsers except IE 8 & firefox.

Hmm, too many ads for me, but then I guess that's the case with all proxy sites.
Really had to look for the url box. I do like the color scheme though, wd.

 

Too much dark for me. I would prefer http://www.hidemyass.com . You have lot of ads they don't How much do you earn from those ads per day?

But Its not looking Good.....

Some where I m agree with sumanhaldar Its Too Dark.

 

I do agree but proxy sites doesn't give good results in light backgrounds...
