i just dont like the vertical menus

 

I can't read the black text
Maybe change the fonts and colours to something more serious
Nice ideas (vertical menu, bubbles, rounded and square corners, shaded images...)

 

Great! Good idea. I like the color scheme.

 

Nice design, but the text is hard to read. The vertical buttons are also not optimal.

 

Nice layout in theory but not very practical at all.

I would say it's a good rough draft of something better.

My Thoughts on Your Template

Design
I love the design of your template. Very unique

Grey Menu
It doesn't go with the design. I would suggest removing and using white text links like the bottom of your page. I would than suggest that you make the footer text links smaller.

Content Text Color
I would recommend trying a different content text color that easy easier to read. At present, my mind is saying that it should be white.

I love Flash websites, they are just not SEO friendly

 

I like it but u can hardly read in the middle. change the font color
