    You need to write more than 1000 words in each article
    Make sure you have natural linking profile
    h1,h2,h3 must have your keyword in
    bold,italic,underline your keyword
    2-4% keyword density
    Ignore meta keyword tag, write 25 words or less for meta description (less than 155 characters)

    Just avoid the following Link Schemes -
    Links intended to manipulate PageRank
    Links to web spammers or bad neighborhoods on the web
    Excessive reciprocal links or excessive link exchanging ("Link to me and I'll link to you.")
    Buying or selling links that pass PageRank
