If you have an pure HTML file or you get an html file by right clicking and saving from internet but waiting to write server side codes. It is possible for creating database tables, C++ codes on server-side and templates automatically just from the html file now. They are making "HTML file" alive by the complete graphic user interface.

A little difficult to read your post and I am sorry for your inconvenience but I try to answer

This tool is for auto codes generation beginning with html files. Normally, we get the html file ready and write codes by PHP or other languages. is it ture?
The tool will automatically create codes(c++ or php),database tables or templates for the html file and can be customized from an GUI.

If you want to touch more information about the tool. you can reference here: www.wiseui.com

Are you trying to sell us something?

If you can't explain it then it won't be as good as you think it is.
