New System for phpLD Site of the Month

I'm pretty sad today. You guys will need to judge for yourself just who I am. I can't do that for you.

I am considering leaving this forum for a while.

I really feel there are some hateful people here that take pleasure in harming others. I have tried to work with people, even those who criticize me, and it seems things have only gotten worse.

I would never take pleasure in hurting someone, and here is almost a game. I don't like it, and I don't want to be part of it. If I lose a few customers as a result of not being here, I can live with that.

We will have our contest, and I will do all I can to make sure the winner is deserving of the award, and I will even try to make sure there is a nice prize. In the past, prizes seemed to encourage even more cheating.

I may make one more post about leaving, and I may consider getting some of the good and honest people together. If you don't consider me one of those people, I'm sad that you reached that conclusion. It really does hurt me, and I will miss some of you.

Maybe after a while I will check back and see if things have improved.

 

David if i hurt you iam sorry but you made me angry by deleting my posts in your forum with out reasons when i made really valid points regarding the June SOTM.

when i saw the thread, i was all excited, and posted my nominations!

when i started reading the thread,,, and im a slow reader.... it only had three pages to it,

and now im on page 5, .... while reading it grew!

and i feel Sad,.... people who win are hated.... the coder and the owner at at it with themselfs!

i ask myself this.... do i want to participate? ...winning is scary, and a long shot here!

Apologies to all others for the misguided turn in the thread. I am just very sincere when it comes to honesty and truth, and I wanted to express it today. And as you read, there was no question in what I said today, because with what I did say was the truth, and David won't and can't deny it.

I guess you and I will just chalk it up with the modifications I did for you, just to help out because I do that quite often for my peers. Maybe throw in the help yesterday too, and hopefully we can we call it even? What do you think?

hahah just got off the phone... steaks, ribs, chicken, 3 bbr grills, the pool, tequila, baleys, guiness, grey goose, wine, reg. beer , and about 10 other alcohols all in check. Everyone has their mission, and they are all out on their quest!

hahah, it might be pretty comparable. it's about 10-12 families/couples over here.
