I barter a lot for development/design and do some myself but I'd estimate the effort to be worth $3-$4K.
Looks killer - I think most importantly is the order of information, which had me sold. The tab at the top draws the eyes right in, and beckons them to follow the page from start to finish - great layout - great delivery of info!
I'm currently an affiliate for Paid Surveys niche, do around 50 sales a day. I don't like the form on the sales page. This is how i lose sales as an affiliate and you get "no affiliate" sales. I wouldn't do a 'comparison' of other companies. This will encourage the user to go "shop around" for the best survey site. once they leave your page and start searching around, they rarely come back. The quality of product doesn't matter, they just rarely come back. I will consider marketing your product, let me know once it is done. PM me.
Curious...how would you loose sales by me using the web form on my homepage?..It just passes the data the CB order form. ....thanks for the feedback!
Just to ease any concerns...here is a sample hop link for my site....click on it and fill out the form on my page, then click through to the CB order page and you will see the CB order form pre-populated with the data you provided and the affiliate ID noted at the bottom of the order page. Nothing is lost. http://snickerbar.surveycity.hop.clickbank.net I think what you may be referring to is when vendors have some sort of opt-in for special freebies. They then try to resell the user on their product via email follow ups. Many use a different hop link in those emails to overwrite yours so yes that does happen....it is sneaky...and stupid since affiliates won't send you more traffic if they aren't getting sales.
That is exactly why I do not promote vendors with opt-in forms (pop up or on site)....I simply just don't trust it.
I'm "testing" this tactic (similar to what affiliates use on review sites already) as it gives more credibility to the product in the consumer's and potential affiliate's mind. Most people, regardless of product, conclude that..."Nobody would be as bold to make a direct comparison to their competitors unless they were truly better". In this case the comparison is true and the price point is so low I'm banking one it isn't worth the hassle to shop around. Other credibilty items to come that nobody else has: - BBB accreditation - Private branded survey completion software - Video testimonials - National newspaper reviews The feedback is very much appreciated!

Okay folks, www.surveycity.org has been approved by CB and is now LIVE! I'll post screenshots of sales data once I get a few hundred hops. Here's the skinny for folks with list: 1.
