It violates both Digg and Stumble Upon TOS and will be banned from both services. Anyone caught using it will end up with their sites banned too. If people want to exchange either one, it is better to do it in private.
lol...once they find out or when someone 'digg' the link/site, I'm sure it will be there no more.. Beware..
Well I don't think they bother too much about these sites, guess they don't have a team ready to add another site to the blacklist, besides, PM does the job well.
You'd be surprised. Dozens of people here have been banned for Digg/Stumble exchange threads they made here at DP.
