    we try to develop our site in order to attract more client ...
    I think a site with high rank is a kind of marketing's tool.right?
    know I'm looking for another new and effective tool for my marketing ...
    in my marketing plan there is a question mark...
    when my site come to the first and clients come to my website how can I keep him in my products?

    my advise here is that you should hire a good marketer and he'll know what to do. If I got you right you want to reach people abroad, but for this you need to work well with targeting and promotion.
    However it also depends on the products you sell.

    OK first things first. A high site ranking means more visits. Yes that's true.
    Secondly, how you keep your visitors or clients is by providing them with value. Treat them like humans. Tell them things that benefit them. Listen to their problems and try to provide the solution. Good service will yield the best retention rate.
    So my suggestion is to concentrate on providing good service and value as well as to continue to drive traffic to your website. :) As for how to generate traffic, there are many ways. You can:

    1) Buy solo ads (please read the seller's testimonies first and decide if he/she is trust-able)
    2) Do ad swaps with others. (Find a trustworthy partner)
    3) Write articles to create back-links to your website. (you can outsource this)
    4) Create videos to promote your website. (you can outsource this too)
    5) Use google ad sense
    6) Join a good traffic membership site.

    OK,
    our company named B&F,we provide expand services such as business plan, meeting rooms, company formation, book keeping services, visa for entrepreneurs ..we make specific website for each service.
    our first target was meeting rooms (www.hydeparkexecutive.com)
    about till 2 months ago we had a moderate situation .we were in first page with pr4 but low clients in competitions with other companies encourage us to achieve high pr .
    we start carefully and hard but after a moth we find ourselves out of google.
    so we ask a polish company to help us and now we come back to google in second page but I want to do it for other services by myself
    Im in a bad budget .:(

    okay, it seems like you are doing quite a good job at marketing. But what about retention? Acquiring a customer is hard, but retaining an existing customer is easier. Take a look at your retention policies.
    Some pointers to look at.
    1) Did you provide valuable customer service?
    2) Did you ask for your customer's feedback?
    3) Did you encourage discussion as well as suggestions on your website?

    Conclusion is sometimes, you need to hear what other people think of your service. If they think it is good, give them a space to post it. If they think it is not good, ask them why and give them something (like coupons for their next booking) for their valuable suggestions. People like to contribute, so don't stop them.
    They more people talk about you, the more advertising they are doing for you on google.

    Yup online chat and a feedback corner where your customers can leave their feedback and you can answer questions openly for everyone to see. Also try to encourage your customer to leave feedback. If you provide good value and service, then you would not need to be afraid of bad feedback, because there will be little.

    I believe you need to know what you are paying for. Don't keep buying stuff. For me, i focused on providing value and service, because in the long-run, that is what will retain your customers and earn you money.

    the best question to ask in my opinion is just: Gives us your feedback, for us to serve you even better!
    how to convince others to leave feedback. well, you could give them some discount coupon in exchange for their time. You can do this by collecting their emails then after they have used your service, send them a feedback email.
