As you well know, article marketing is not what it used to be. It still produces great results, but with the right strategy. Submitting ONE same article to hundreds of directories simply does not work anymore. Also, Google will definitely not count all the backlinks you will get, one or two at best. The right way to do this is by submitting different articles (or a different version of the same article) to different directories. However, this is just too much work for a busy webmaster. I am not referring to article spinning or shuffling, this does not work and may also be labeled as dupe content by smart Google algorithms.
