I think I have located your client profile, we don't have that many clients that fits the description you are giving the community. Your account was suspended for violating our Terms of Services. The client was contacted by e-mail but neglected to respond to any questions our Abuse Department had. As such the client was suspended. We take SPAM very seriously - and if the complainant has any more questions I suggest that he takes the time to actual read the e-mails we have sent out and responds to them accordingly or contact our Abuse Department, and we will be glad to provide all the logs proving his violations of our Terms of Service. You have been provided all the logs to prove our accusations and you have neglected to respond to the questions we have asked you. Do you think that I, or any other member of our senior management will allow you to violate our Terms of Service without taking any action to prevent it? I'm so sorry Robert - but we do not offer refunds to clients that chooses to violate our Terms of Services - as clearly stated in that very same document. Robert, SPAM is a perfectly valid reason for the suspension and we do hold logs to prove it, these logs has been e-mailed to you twice and you have neglected to answer the questions our abuse department had.
