    Hello,
SpeedyCPM isn't a scam. All users will get their payment this week (today and tomorrow). Users, who's got our ads placed at empty sites, in PTP and other ineffective systems will not get paid, if their CTR is too low. Regrettably, we can't pay $0.5 - $1 CPM rates to users, which CTR is lower than 0.01%.

Well maybe you should add that to your TOS / FAQ. This just seems like a pathetic attempt to not pay your users, maybe you should review websites before allowing them into your system this would seem like a better idea.

I got a payment from SpeedyCPM. Not much, since I didn't generate that many impressions, but paid nevertheless. :)

I'm on PayPal, but didn't receive any payments. I have 2 waiting payouts, and the third keeps shifting down with waiting payouts then shifting again in account balance, but didn't receive a cent so far.

this rate is impossible! u can never expect something better than 0.001%, in all cases, u check sites as well to know if they really show up or not, i dont want to implement ur code and when u get good money u tell me about a hidden TOS i never heard about.

EDIT: make payments bi-weekly, check out paypal API as well for automated process.

Well First off if you are not working with direct CPM Inventory, which is STRICTLY CPM (advertisers pay you for CPM inventory) then you are not paying publishers a CPM you are paying them an eCPM. If you are going to run an ad network you have to get that straight. You can not pitch 0.5-1.00 CPM's if they are not really cpm's they are eCPM which are all performance based. And not to mention those rates are not possible for publisher payouts. Right now most advertisers are not even paying that much money for inventory better than what you are probally providing to begin with.

Now lets say you actually can provide those rates, where are you making your money off it? Your payouts are so high that you are either just straight lieing, Not making any money, or you are cancelling accounts with out paying the publishers keeping the earnings and pooling them into the eCPM you claim is high so that you can keep the illusion that its a nice payout.

This is a Red Flag Network
