Articles:

Totally unique and specifically written for this blog by a professional writer (my usual occupation - see here).

There are 14 articles in total, all between 500 and 700 words. Relevant, royalty-free photographs are included in the article body. All are keyword researched on high-paying South African related keywords.

There are three articles that focus primarily on the World Cup. Once the tournament is over, we will write three new articles free of charge to keep the blog relevant beyond this summer.

Promotion

Two of the articles now appear on Ezine Articles, with the relevant backlink, viewable here and here.

Aside from this, I have done no promotion other than submitting the sitemap to Google Webmaster Tools a day or so ago.

Age

Domain registered in June 2009. Basic site (with no articles) loaded then and has basic page indexed. Articles have then been loaded over the past few days.

Traffic

The Ezine articles are already generating some clicks (they were accepted today) but the site is new, so assume none for the sake of clarity.

Plugins

Featured Content Gallery, All-In-One SEO, Easy Privacy Policy, Related Posts, Sitemap XML - everything you need configured to run the site properly.

There is also a relevant YouTube video loaded on to the main page, which can be changed in a couple of clicks by hand.

Revenue Generation

Ads from AdSense are spaced throughout the blog in matching colours, and appear in blog posts.

There is an Amazon widget linking to South Africa books and guides on the main page.

All ads can be changed or edited to include other ad companies or PPC schemes, and I will help with this following the sale!

Images & Design

The blog uses the 'Revolution' theme, which is easy to customise and manage (help willingly provided if needed!)

The images are from Stock Xchange and are royalty free. The bullet point icon and favicon are royalty free, and the header logo was custom made in PS.

T&Cs

** All rights to content and design become yours following the completed transaction. You can do whatever you want with the articles!

** I will send you all the possible files you could need to move the site to your own server. I do not move things myself; I just send the files due to not being particularly technically minded. Alternatively (and preferred) I can just give you CPanel access so you can retrieve the files you need yourself.

** One month's free hosting is provided so you have plenty of time to move things around.

** I am happy to help with any issues not involved in the site move (such as customising the theme further) To this end, you will receive my email and all IM details.
