I have a few suggestions (I have already ironed out a solution that integrates with Firefox...so, I have already been down this road).

You need to account for the sites that have irregular character lengths for the description.

Also, you should support entry of a reciprocal link URL.

Does it pull the other data from the account information, like name, company name, email address, address, etc? If not, you need those too.

Common username and password would be a plus.

    What about keywords?

Those would be what I'd consider the requirements. Other nice extras include password hint (some sites ask for that), other description lengths (some sites have a field for long description, for example), phone, fax, and PayPal email address (some paid directories ask for that).

That's what my Firefox extension has basically anyway. Hope this helps. Good luck!

Thank you very much for your reply, I will check the length of the description on our database now.

We only ask for title, url, description initial because those 3 are required for any submission. Our software works very similiar as roboform, after login to the software, user can add other fields themselves.

That was our original idea, what you suggestted sounds very reasonable to me as well. I will be back to China again next week, I will modify the site and software a little bit when I am there.

    Thanks again!

    Rahul,

This problem is normally caused by .NET framework not installed. That software requires .NET 1.1 or up. you can download it at
    http://msdn.microsoft.com/netframework/downloads/updates/default.aspx

You need .NET framework to run applications written in .NET.
