The ads are in pretty decent spots, but I think they could be better blended in. I would personally replace the blue ad text with black, and make the url colour the same as the text colour. Another thing I'd change on the site would be to give your images a little bit of padding, say 10px, so that the text doesn't come and rub up against them.
I would also make the main page background a solid colour - there's too much "whiteness" about the site ... Like the content though! Adrian
what would some bg color option i should use? i thought white was most user friendly and made site look cleanest?
Too much white tends not to be very easy on the eyes. I'd suggest a darkish grey for the background colour, something like #626262.
