New "Smart" Digg Buttons available

Digg.com just announced new "Digg this" buttons that you can use on your web pages. These buttons can help to promote your pages via Digg.com. Now you can insert this .js code into any of your pages/articles/blog posts and it will automatically determine the "dugg count" of the current url! Cool, I've already added the "compact skinned" version of this button to the articles on one of my sites.

There are numerous bugs in the compact version. But the options are much easier than before.

Standard version looks ugly in my IE; Firefox renders it fine. Compact version is OK in both browsers. So I stuck with compact.

Yeah, but it costs you nothing - it does not decrease your PR (because there is no direct link), it does not consume your traffic. And you have a chance to get a new digg link(s) :)

Awesome! I never added all these digg buttons etc. because it would result in heaps of outbounds!
