    The heading "tools" above your adsense ad is against tos...

    For the design, I would change the logo font to something less grundge-y and jaggy... The overall site needs a real template design/update look .. honestly.

    Content is great though :)

    The design isn't great....a bit too complicated. Too many things going on. Why not get a free template just to make it look better??

    lucozade111 is right i think. nobody can know what is where in the page. it is too complicated. you can use web 2.0 rules, clean page.

    The layout is a bit confusing. That top part with those 3 boxes split is a nice idea , but it doesn`t fit with the rest of the site. Also I think that you should pick a color scheme and to stick with it.

    I would rid the top of adsense. you have adsense in too many places. A pinpoint sentence that will let people know exactly what you are trying to sell in large type in a central location too. Something to grap the attention. right now, your site is like so many others that i just pass over because it is not too the point .Like a 10 page resume in 6 font, employers (customers) will not even bother
