    on the top left where the pics are. keep them there but ad adsense by them. you will get PAAAIDDD

    I would recommend moving your Login box to the right and placing your Adsense underneath the images for your first 3 news stories.

    You could place a horizontal AdLinks unit under your main top navigation (home, forum, gallery, members, arcade)

    below the login box a ad box can come in and google link in the left sidebar and another good ad box in the right sidebar.
