Like I said elsewhere, Shawn. GOOD job on the conversion!

I really like what you've done to most of the site. Like the ad on the header? It enlarges..

I dunno how you did it, but NICE job! An then, not to be outdone, you made a code to work with an image to "talk" to the user directly... That "[username here] READ RULEZ, OR BE BANNED!"

I'd love to have that on my site...
Site owners will do anything to take their site to the next level. On the SEO level or the user level. It does not matter. If there's technology better than vBulletin, we'll switch.

I knew Shawn would switch, it was only a matter of time. But the scary part about this switch is that it's soooooo fucking close to the [end of the] IB vs xenForo lawsuit.

It was like that on the old site too. It's only for ads delivered through our Digital Point Ads system. Doing that for something like AdSense would be non-compliant, so...

The white text with black outline is just some CSS trickery... the text isn't an image. :)

I didn't even notice it "enlarges" the same way it does now. I hovered in that area before, and it didn't look "pop'ed" out. It just looked like "bop" and back in less than a second. But the way xenForo's HTML behaves, it makes it look like it's trying not to be like..."bop." It fades in, and out smoothly.
Well, good job with that! I didn't even notice that in the old DP. :D

After five years, I'll make my first post (still can't figure out how that happened :() to say congratulations to Shawn. Seriously, it was the right move to switch from vBulletin and Xenforo is a fantastic platform to base things on going to to the future.

Well , The xenforo is fine and make the forum abit fast than the vb4 . it was a dangerous move especially for a big forum like this , however everything went fine and all data are converted perfectly.
Shawn I wonder why , you didnt waited the last release of VB . the 5th one . seems promising and correct alot of negative points of the 4th release ?

Can you do something about Thread Display Option? On VB we had option to set same for all but on XF we have to do manually daily.

It's option where we sort thread based on last Message time, Thread creation time etc! Previously it was control from User panel but now in XF we have to do from main forum and we have to do daily!

Oh yeah... that was something custom we did for vBulletin (it wasn't a vBulletin function either actually)... but unfortunately we did not do it for XenForo, sorry.

Haven't been here a while, but I think things used to be greener and less contrastful.
I feel like I need sunglasses now when reading for long. I understand that this isn't a gaming/warez site where a dark theme would be accepted, but just making the white background on .pageContent greenish would be great (as it used to).

Anyways, congratulations on the upgrade. Any statistics available/coming on how Xenforo compares to VBulletin?

For Chrome and Firefox, there are various extensions/addons that allow you to make customisations per website, so you could change it to something suitable for you. For example, this extension:

    https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/stylebot/oiaejidbmkiecgbjeifoejpgmdaleoha/details?hl=en

I also use a similar extension for some sites. In fact, this one appears to be much better.

I can't create a new thread on the BST section. What have you done to the forum?

We are not children and don't need to be threatened by getting banned from a forum with many complicated rules. Are you trying to be Adsense? I would give more freedom to the people if I were the owner of this forum or Adsense. Because I know that most of the people have more serious issues to worry about than those unnecessary childish rules. Good luck.

The scripts, templates, and ebook section have been deprecated. No one can post in those areas.

Hi mate, either it was as Smyrl said and the section you tried posting in has now be moved to:

    https://marketplace.digitalpoint.com/

Or, you just didn't login since the changes and need to wait an hour until you can (same for everyone).
