I also hope you have patched the over 24 security issues that have been released since the last XF release. I say 24 because I stopped counting the XSS releases on it.

Lol... I bet I have better sources that say you are wrong. Either way, I honestly don't care if there's never another version of XF, so it really doesn't matter either way in the end. :)

Actually, I kind of wish there wouldn't be another version... just upgrade hassles.

Also please know. I AM NOT LOOKING TO GET BANNED. I have been here for years, and am a Owner of XF. I am just confused as to why this migration happened at the time it did. XF has been dead for months, I have seen you post in the forum there, but never expected this to happen after the death. My source is 100% legit. And I posted these same issues on XF Forums but before I could reply to the over 200 comments I was deleted. So I am just trying to understand why this movement. Is Mike telling you something different? Or are you just hoping?

Listen I am sorry but I dont think them not coding for this product any longer is a good thing like you say. If VB gets ownership which this is leaning to, DP will need to be migrated back to VB. So what is the point of doing this.

There is nothing I need it to do feature-wise that it doesn't already to do. What would I be hoping for exactly? That a future version did something I didn't need? lol

Doesn't say a whole lot for yourself if you *own* a XenForo license, and you haven't figured out how to quote yet. :)

I don't have any problem with the website. I am comfortable using it and I like the changes. But yes there is like much better than this.

DP man.. Look I do not want to go into a argument with you. I agree lets make a change, but maybe VB 5 was the right way. XF, I know you have been working with for over a year. I seen your posts. I know you have been working on this for a long time. TRUST me I know the pain.. I did this to one of my BIG FORUMS. But that forum I moved back to VB. If you need to know who I am on XF hit me up @Stan.

There is no rumor to me, MIKE IS DONE. If VB gets their hands on this you will need to migrate back. I love DP, but why are we at this point. Who is doing security? XF stopped many months ago. There are many security issues found. So moving forward are we looking at VB again? VB 5 seems fine.. Why are we here.

Oh BTW, Love the site.. Its easy to use, login.. Trust me, I liked XF.. But now what.

Just PM me.. :) No need here.. Love the new DP..

Good changes and now forum looks good for me!

Just small question for Buy, Sell and Trade section. At the moment only people who have more than 3 likes from establish members can make posts but since forum migrate all members are on same level and at the moment only Premium members and DP team members have power to like posts so it's really tough to get likes!

Also I seen people who posted more than 10,000 posts and have so many high quality posts and likes still they are same like us!

Is their any chance to have some relaxation on this rules for few days? So we can settle down, else same thing will go on and on. Instead of making 25 posts members than start Like exchange with members privately and may get likes for posts which might not deserved for like.

Hope you consider it! At least for buyer.

Actually, all positive rep any user got in the last 8 years was imported into the new system as "likes"... that's how some users already had thousands of likes.

Yes but I still see them as peon them! Don't know if title change but I found almost all members are same colors like I have which means they also are same like us!

Also I have question for Google Analytics and Google Adsense in two different Google Account! So it fine if I add both of them here.

You sure all the reps were imported? I remember I had some 200+ reps I think.

I can see newbies creating duplicate accounts just to thank their main now. Good idea, however people will get around it just as easy. (except for the 48 hour delay)

Shawn, are you going to develop xenforo yourself for your own needs, or if xenforo continues will you keep up to date with them?

You are probably thinking about rep points, not individual reps. A rep worth 5 points is still only 1 like.

That would be an interesting experiment in pointlessness.

    1. A duplicate account isn't going to be able to give likes since only established members can give likes.

    2. All that would be moot anyway because chances are they would lose all their accounts because we are fairly good at detecting duplicates.

I'd say it's pretty clear I've already been doing that. :)

The system checks for things like established member upgrades hourly if the user visited recently. There's no point for the system to check for upgrades every hour for users that haven't even been to the site recently.

XenForo has a warning system (more or less the same thing).
