    When first launching a site what do you guys/gals do during the first month, to get it up and running?

    1. Submit press release about the launch of the site
    2. Try to exchange links with related sites
    3. Try to get to DMOZ, Yahoo! and other big directories
    4. Other things depends on the type of site, as some sites needs more content, tools need mentioning in related forums, etc.
