New Site with revenue $4.5 a day,around 1200 unqiue visits for sale

I bought this site a week back from a DP member. Well the funny thing is that I only sold him this domain. After I bought it I was surprised to see that its getting more than 1000 unique visits each day. I placed google adsense and im earning $5 to $3 each day for these 7 days. Well the site was started by the owner 20 days back. The BIN is $400 and it makes $4-5/day? Is that correct? You've done nothing to advertise it? Please PM referrer screen shots for proof of traffic origin. I know you said it's forums and stuff, I just want to see it. If I'm satisified, I'll BIN it.
