    no its not a turnkey site, as this is one of a kind, but it is linked to an affiliate site. So i hope im right in saying its not turnkey? I personally made it.

    This is forum for sites for sale so why is it wrong forum?

    well having looked you will can not find this kind of site for $5.

    This is NOT a template, this is NOT a turnkey site so will NOT be sold again again & again like those that you can buy for pennies.

    It has everything set up promote straight away all the work is done,

    Im not looking for a fortune just a fair price,

    Current offer of $35, I thin it is worth more, with a great domain name and email address too & free hosting, and a great mass mailing managemtnt service too.
