NICE color scheme! (works very well and haven't seen one like it before) :)
Only one suggestion: for the header... maybe remove the grid overalying the photograph? It might look better with the photograph in full saturation without the grid.

I would definitely remove the grid, too.

The site looks professional though, well done.

I agree with the first two...removing the grid will surely make your site much better...

Well, I can't do else then agree with the others. It looks very professional, but it would look better without the grid at the header.

I think the grid will look better if its opacity/transparency is reduced. Maybe horizontal lines only.

    All the best!

    1) Nice design & color scheme. Agree with all earlier comment --> better to remove the grid.

    2) Any reason why did you separate the 'about us' & 'contact' button with the other buttons. At first glance, I can't find your USP because it seems blended with those 2 buttons. Or else, separate the buttons with the USP by putting the USP right below the sites title.

    Just my honest opinion :)

It does look professional, except that you should be consistent with font sizes applying this principle to all text types: now the text in the top menu and right block is different from the rest of the content.

Actually “Our Duty to Help Your Business” could be written on the header banner, let’s say at the top right. About Us and Contact could go into the menu section below the banner (that means that the bars near the logo could be removed).

Menu could be using some nice gradient for the back ground, may be with glossy effect (you could try gray for the menu, and orange for the active menu item) with white text on it.
