I see some peoples that they register the domains and make lots of backlinks for empty domain. Than after 10 month or 1 year they start to publish contents. Is it really batter way to promote the site? Is there any other batter strategy?
yes, I have the same plan as I have describe above. I want to know the comments form other experts on this plan. What others do, please explain here.

Unless you have a *really* good domain name, or a typo, you won't get much type in traffic. So adding content (building up the site) is the way to go. It has to be unique readable content, nowadays, of course.
The first thing you should do is before you design your website with key words and content in mind before you have it indexed. Then depending on how competitive your key words are and your niche you might need to come up with a more hands on strategy to get your sight noticed. Then use tools like : Post an article to snipsley, create rss feed from url, use youtube there are alot of tools. Google has said specifically that they are looking for content rich sites that read well when you use your key words and LSI. Keep that in mind, not sure backlinking your way to the top will win it now.
