    The graphics of the 2 men in the header looks a bit rough around the edges
    you should soften the edges in photoshop, the text in the header does not
    look good you should use a different font some of the letters are too close
    together you should adjust the tracking. I think the site would look much
    better if you got a more professional template.

    the banner graphics.. they look edgy like kingofsanda commented.. were you the one who edited this pics?? try to hire someone.. or get help from someone to edit it.. so it would look neat..

    Every thing is OK with your site, but the heading images in the body of the site are not very sharp. So, make their quality better, but i think u have to use it in text.
