New site owner

I understand that if you were previously banned by adsence for invalid clicks, a new owner would have no problems because adsence bans the payee name, correct?

But my situation is slightly different because everything will point back to me (who was banned years ago) since the person I have given the site to is a room mate and they will be using the same house address.

He has told me he will be opening up a business bank account for the company. But with the house address and site address being the same, will his account end up being band since it looks like me?

    Thanks.

No, Adsense clarified that even if your dad opens a new account it's okay. However if the site continues to break rules he'll end up the same.

I would first contact google and inquire with them. Why go through all the trouble if it just gets banned again?

How do I contact google? The only form of contact I know is through the appeal form, from when I got banned. By the way, I remember getting no response from them, besides the first automated email they sent me. So I will likely get no response this time either.

My friend will likely be the one contacting google. He wants to be sure he can use adsence on the site before making any deals.

If you could give me a link or email that I could reach a google representative with, I would appreciate it very much.

    Thanks.
