New site...no rankings or traffic

    I launched a new site and it doesn't get any traffic at all for some reason despite being indexed. Usually I get in the top 30 after launch but so far nothing. This is unusual because my new sites get traffic as soon as they are indexed but this time it is different. Anyone else seeing very poor google performance from new sites?

    The algorithm may well have changed a lot since your last new site launch... and therefore your placement in serps isnt as good.

    The value of usual inbound links have lowered is also a possible reason along with many other reasons

    Sometimes it takes time. Just keep on marketing it and doing your SEO and it will come. I find it pointless to worry about what one site is doing at the beginning.

    A simple redirect on my site caused a major problem with google trying to index it, so who knows what could be the problem here.
