ok, so one of my sites, i changed ALL inner pages urls. i did submit a new sitemap with all these urls. do i need to do anything else? like, i'm sure google still has the old urls indexed. do i need to somehow take all of these away or over time will google take these down?

    thanks in advance!

Consider redirect the old URLs to the new URLs

Google will take some time to crawl the changed urls. But your pages will loose the ranking the url had. As mentioned above consider redirecting if you don't want to loose the ranking of those urls.
