I've put together a new site layout for my personal site - with the idea that I can actually take this set of templates and apply them elsewhere. Before I get too far into this, though... I'd like to solicit opinions as far as usability, readability, and appearance. I will take the opportunity to optimize things from a page-load standpoint in the near future, but I don't expect that to change things much.
