New site is up and running (before and after)

Finally finished the facelift, still have some cleanup work to do

I hope the conversion rate goes up, its been horrible lately and its such a niche product. Someday I need to write software for something more mainstream like a finance program, game or media player.

 

The new site looks a little better, yes nice, just not sure whats up with those arrows in the navigation menu @ the left side :S.

Besides that, personally it's not really my flavour but it is undoubtly better than the old ultra boring and ugly looking site it used to be^^.

 

Just my opinion, i feel your site is too wide.

But good job still.

 

the new site is definitely an improvement but it is still too large i think. it needs a more user friendly design not like something that would come out of a turnkey script trying to sell something. but the new site is definitely a step up

 

is better than the older. thats for sure. the blue margin is a little too bright. try a color more liked by the eyes )
apply some SEO, and you get a good project !

You should try using other colours besides grey and blue, it makes it so dull.

Thanks everyone for the feedback. When I look at the site day after day after day, its easy to get tunnel vision.

About the width of the site, thats a interesting subject and I can see good both ways. I am going to start another post to see what popular opinion is (not about the site, but if designs are better full screen width or limiting the width).
