if you have an adsense account already, the you can add the adsense code on your site whenever you want

I think you have a bigger concern than placement.
All your ads are in English and Spanish. You might want to fix this first!

<edit>Whoops! I forgot about geotargeting. You probably get German language ads just fine in Germany.

    I like it.

I would consider removing the vertical tower though. 2 ad units is enough. 3 will dilute the cpc, and the vertical tower is easily your weakest ad unit.

You may also want to consider a horizontal link unit at the top by "home".

The color looks good. I would experiment with blue links for a week or so as well.

    Good luck!!

You have way too many adsense ads unit and they make your website look like a MFA site.
Reduce the number of adsense units and do not place the ads where the content is.

Made For Adsense. If you have many adsense ads on the page it may look like you made your site (as really is :)) only for get adsense money from it. try to avoid many adsense ads.

You have to be careful not to put images to close to the adsense. Tha banner above the adsense on the left side has to be separated with a line or something from the adsense. Read the adsense TOS about placing images close to adsense.

You still have an image just above the adsense in the menu. Read the TOS again.

Yes scopywriter is correct until you don update your blog or site.
if you do update your blog daily with good content its no longer a MFA.So reduce the your ads and update your blog or site daily.

Remove that 300 * 250 ad and place 468*15 link section right above the post title only one is enough.
Rest of the site looks quite good
