New site help please

Hi. I just started a new site about 3 months ago. http://www.xercisefactor.com Right now I probably average about 200 unique visitors a day. I am looking for tips on how to boost my visitors? I am a college student on a shoe string of a budget, but very motivated. I would appreciate any help. Thank you.

Consistency. Keep the front page fresh with new material daily and you have to stay open forever. Members, at least loyal members don't come fast. 9/10 sites don't make it big purely because the owner doesn't give the site time to develop and get it's name out there. Just keep it open, keep it updated, and visitors will spread the word for you.

 

As already stated. If you can write quality informative content daily and if you continue to build links your site can only get better.
